Inspecting a wholesale 1688 order before shipping
A wholesale inspection needs acceptance criteria agreed before purchase. Photos document what was observed; appearance alone does not establish performance, composition or product compliance.
Use an approved reference
Record model, material, colour, dimensions, accessories, packaging and acceptable tolerances. Keep images of the approved sample and identify which changes require approval. One sample cannot prove that every unit in the batch will match.
Agree checks and evidence
Specify whether every unit or a sample of the batch will be checked, which tests are included and how findings are recorded. The basic inspection advertised by 1688Premium does not automatically include laboratory testing or a factory audit. Request a quote for specialised checks.
Check quantities and packing
Compare quantities and variants against the purchase list. Check labels, accessories, cushioning, carton condition and package allocation. Agree reinforcement, pallets or wooden crates and their cost in advance for fragile or heavy goods.
Release the batch deliberately
Ask for missing items, damage and discrepancies to be logged by supplier. Document whether to accept, correct, replace or request a return before dispatch. Returns depend on seller conditions; free coordination does not guarantee acceptance or eliminate every related cost.
