For ¥10,000 in products, the 9% buying fee is ¥900: a subtotal of ¥10,900. From 99 kg, by sea to a selected destination, standard door-to-door shipping has no additional charge. Assembly, wooden crating and other extra requirements are quoted separately.

Eligible returns and exchanges depend on the supplier’s policy. Assistance has no extra service charge, but supplier acceptance is not guaranteed.

Each product’s 1688 link, plus its colour, size or model. Quantity for each variant; products from several suppliers can share one list. Destination country and shipping needs. Include weight or product budget if known; uncertain details can be confirmed later.

Below 99 kg, shipping requires a separate quote. Share product links, quantities, destination and any known package dimensions and weights. Estimated weight supports an initial check; weight and costs must be confirmed before shipping. An estimate is not a final quote.

Basic inspection has no extra service charge. Share any specific inspection requirements before purchasing so the team can confirm the scope.
