Product purchase amount × 9%
For ¥10,000 in products, the 9% buying fee is ¥900: a subtotal of ¥10,900. From 99 kg, by sea to a selected destination, standard door-to-door shipping has no additional charge. Assembly, wooden crating and other extra requirements are quoted separately.
Basic storage, inspection, eligible returns assistance and standard packing have no extra service charge. List assembly, wooden crating or special delivery requirements in advance and confirm a separate quote so the budget matches your plan.

Eligible returns and exchanges depend on the supplier’s policy. Assistance has no extra service charge, but supplier acceptance is not guaranteed.
Separate quotes for extra requirements
All listed destinations qualify for free door-to-door sea shipping from 99 kg. Basic storage, inspection, eligible returns assistance and standard packing carry no additional service charges. Assembly, wooden crating and other additional services, as well as air shipping, are quoted separately. Shipments below 99 kg or to other destinations also require a quote.
From 99 kg to selected destinations, shipping is free using our default sea transport and delivery service, including final delivery to your door. A 9% buying fee applies to product value.
