Start with comparable specifications
Compare the same material, model, dimensions, quantity and packaging. Similar listing photographs do not prove that goods come from the same factory or have the same quality. A higher price alone is not proof of better quality.
Ask for details you can check
Record the supplier identity, quoted specification, quantity requirements, sample terms and returns conditions. A company name or product catalogue alone does not establish factory status. Mark unanswered questions as pending rather than treating them as guarantees.
Confirm samples and bulk orders separately
Ask whether a sample is available, what it costs, and whether its specification matches the planned bulk order. Confirm any sample-fee credit in writing; it is not automatic. A satisfactory sample does not guarantee that every item in a later batch will be identical.
Prepare your product requirements and unanswered questions before contacting the team. Supplier claims and other buyers’ experiences need checking against your own order.
Inspection, returns and extra requirements
Basic inspection has no extra service charge. Share any specific inspection requirements before purchasing so the team can confirm the scope.
Eligible returns and exchanges depend on the supplier’s policy. Assistance has no extra service charge, but supplier acceptance is not guaranteed.
Assembly, wooden crating, other extra requirements and customer-requested alternative transport or delivery require a separate quote.
